Absorption Rate: Maxon™ sutures are designed to maintain approximately 80% of their initial strength at one week, 75% at two weeks, 65% at three weeks, and 50% at four weeks post-implantation.

Contraindications: Due to its absorbable nature, this suture should not be used where extended (permanent) approximation of tissue under stress is required, such as in certain cardiovascular or neurological applications.

Single Use Only: Do not resterilize. Discard any opened or unused suture.
