Key Features
Integrated RENASYS◊ Therapy Components: Includes all necessary supplies to perform a complete dressing change, reducing preparation time and potential for error in maintaining the vacuum seal.
AMD Gauze Technology: Features Kerlix™ AMD Antimicrobial Gauze, which provides a proven barrier against bacterial colonization within the dressing for up to 3 days.
Optimized Port Design: The RENASYS◊ Soft Port allows for a low-profile, comfortable application that maintains optimal vacuum distribution across the wound bed.
Exudate and Moisture Management: Engineered to facilitate effective fluid removal while maintaining the moist wound healing environment required for NPWT success.
Seal Integrity: The included high-tack transparent film creates an airtight, watertight barrier, which is essential for sustaining the negative pressure levels prescribed for the RENASYS◊ device.
Ideal Clinical Applications
Acute and Chronic Wounds: Indicated for use with RENASYS◊ NPWT systems on wounds such as pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, traumatic wounds, and dehisced surgical incisions.
Infection Management: Ideal for wounds where protection against bacterial colonization is clinically necessary, supported by the inclusion of antimicrobial gauze.
Complex Wound Geometry: The combination of soft port and high-quality drape allows for consistent performance across various anatomical locations and deep cavity wounds.
