The Ortho-Glass® Pre-Cut Splint provides the same high-performance fiberglass technology as the roll-form system but in convenient, ready-to-use lengths. These pre-cut units are designed to eliminate the need for measuring and cutting in high-volume environments, significantly reducing prep time for common injuries. Each splint features the patented Interlocking Performance Technology (ILP), ensuring a rigid, durable structure that will not delaminate over time. The splint is fully encased in a soft, easy-stretch padding that covers all edges, providing a comfortable interface against the patient's skin and eliminating the risk of sharp fiberglass edges. Because they are pre-cut and individually packaged, they are an ideal choice for emergency kits, athletic training rooms, and fast-paced urgent care settings where standardization is key.
