Key Features
Soft Non-Woven Layer: Highly conformable material that easily adapts to anatomical contours and catheter hubs for a secure fit.
Absorbent Non-Adherent Pad: Manages minor exudate at the insertion site while ensuring the dressing does not stick to the catheter or skin.
Breathable Construction: High moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) helps keep the skin dry and comfortable, reducing the risk of irritation.
Skin-Friendly Adhesive: Formulated for low-allergy risk, providing secure fixation with gentle removal characteristics.
Securement Design: Specifically sized and shaped to provide optimal coverage and stability for intravenous access devices.
Rounded Corners: Reduces the risk of the dressing catching on clothing or bedding, which helps maintain the integrity of the IV site.
Ideal Clinical Applications
Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Securement: Optimized for the protection and fixation of central lines.
Peripheral IV Maintenance: Suitable for securing standard intravenous cannulas in both acute and long-term care settings.
Insertion Site Protection: Ideal for protecting the entry point of catheters from external contaminants and mechanical displacement.
Fragile Skin Patients: A reliable choice for patients with sensitive skin who require frequent IV site monitoring or dressing changes.
