The Solventum Acelity Adaptic™ Non-Adhering Dressing (SKU 2014) is a sterile primary wound contact layer designed to protect the wound bed while preventing secondary dressing adherence. This 3 inch x 16 inch (7.6 cm x 40.6 cm) extra-long dressing consists of a knitted cellulose acetate mesh impregnated with a specially formulated petrolatum emulsion. The porous structure allows wound exudate to pass through to a secondary absorbent layer, maintaining a moist environment while minimizing the risk of fluid pooling.
