The Solventum Cavilon™ No-Sting Barrier Film (SKU 3343) is a sterile, alcohol-free liquid barrier film designed to protect intact or damaged skin from body fluids, adhesive trauma, and friction. This specific 1.0ml small foam applicator (wand) allows for a controlled, mess-free application that is ideal for targeted areas. Once applied, the liquid dries quickly to form a completely transparent, breathable, and waterproof coating on the skin. Unlike traditional barriers, it is formulated without alcohol, ensuring it will not sting even when applied to denuded or "weeping" skin.

Important Safety Information

Flammability Warning: The product is highly flammable in its liquid state. Keep the applicator away from open flames, sparks, or ignition sources until the film has dried completely on the skin.

Drying Requirement: The film must be allowed to dry completely (typically 30 seconds) before covering with a dressing, clothing, or diapers. Applying items to "wet" film can cause the skin to become sticky and lead to irritation.

Incompatibility with Creams: Do not use Cavilon™ No-Sting Barrier Film in combination with other skin creams, lotions, or ointments, as these will prevent the film from bonding to the skin and may cause it to fail.

Not for Internal Use: Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. This product is for external, topical use on the skin only.
