Contraindications: Do not use if the horizontal track is damaged, loose, or not a compatible Hill-Rom model. Do not use this bracket to support any equipment other than the specified Posey® fall monitors.

Warnings & Precautions: Ensure the bracket is fully seated and locked within the track before attaching the monitor. Always verify that the monitor has "clicked" into the bracket interface to prevent it from falling. Regularly inspect the track and the bracket for debris or wear that could interfere with a secure connection.

When routing cables from the track-mounted monitor to the patient, ensure there is enough slack for the bed to move up and down without tensioning the wires. Check that the cable path does not create a strangulation or entanglement hazard for the patient. This bracket is an accessory only and does not provide fall monitoring functionality on its own.
