Contraindications: This device is not a substitute for active nursing supervision. Do not use for patients who are at extreme risk of a life-threatening fall or those with suicidal or combative tendencies. Not intended as the sole means of surveillance for patients requiring constant one-on-one observation.

Warnings & Precautions: Always test the alarm and paired sensors before leaving the patient unattended. Ensure the wireless range is sufficient for the intended room layout and that the low-battery indicator is checked daily. If the alarm fails to sound or the status light indicates a connection error, replace the sensor or unit immediately.

Verify that the "Hold" mode is deactivated once the patient is returned to the monitored surface. Use of an AC adapter does not eliminate the need for batteries as a backup power source. When using wireless components, be aware that external radio frequency interference could potentially affect signal integrity.
